Resumo/Abstract:

A visibilidade do profesorado LGBTI+ é unha ferramenta de gran utilidade. O profesorado LGBTI+ que permanece no armario ten peores relacións co resto do persoal, síntese máis illado e vive as interaccións sociais no centro máis hostilmente. A visibilidade do profesorado tamén redunda moi positivamente no alumnado. Debido á importancia que ten a visibilidade é bo favorecela polo que neste relatorio falaremos dos obstáculos á visibilidade e como superalos.
